Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Quorify, a meeting scheduling service operated by Quorify LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Quorify”). By creating an account or connecting your calendar, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Quorify is a scheduling tool that helps project teams in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry find meeting times across organisations. Quorify reads only free/busy calendar status — never event details, titles, or attendee lists.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Microsoft or Google account to use Quorify as a hub organiser. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

Team members invited to a hub do not need a Quorify account — they connect their calendar via an opt-in link. By connecting, they agree to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Quorify for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access another user's calendar data without their explicit consent
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data from the service in bulk
  • Impersonate another person or organisation
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

4. Calendar data

By connecting your calendar, you grant Quorify permission to read your free/busy availability for the purpose of scheduling meetings within your project teams. This permission is limited to the OAuth scopes requested at sign-in (Calendars.Read for Microsoft, calendar.freebusy for Google).

You may revoke this permission at any time through your Microsoft or Google account settings, or by emailing [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

5. Subscription and billing

Quorify is currently available in an early-access period. Pricing details will be communicated before any charges are applied. We will not charge you without prior notice and your agreement to the applicable pricing.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Quorify available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your use of the service.

7. Intellectual property

Quorify and its content, design, and software are owned by Quorify LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload or provide.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Quorify is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quorify LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using Quorify at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. On termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
