Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026 · Quorify LLC · Colorado, USA
Quorify reads your calendar's free/busy status only — we never see event titles, attendee lists, locations, or descriptions. We store OAuth tokens to fetch availability on your behalf, and you can revoke access at any time.
1. Who we are
Quorify is a meeting scheduling service built for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. It helps cross-firm project teams find available meeting times without requiring everyone to share their full calendar. Quorify LLC is headquartered in Colorado, USA. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. What we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service:
- Account information — your name and email address, obtained when you sign in with Microsoft or Google.
- Free/busy status — whether you are free, tentative, or busy at a given time. This is the only calendar data we read.
- OAuth tokens — access and refresh tokens that allow us to periodically fetch your free/busy status on your behalf.
- Profile preferences — organisation name, job title, timezone, and work hour preferences you enter during setup.
3. What we never collect
Quorify is explicitly scoped to free/busy data only. We do not access or store:
- Event titles, subjects, or descriptions
- Attendee lists or meeting participants
- Locations or video conference links
- Notes or attachments
- Your contacts or address book
- Email content
This is enforced at the OAuth scope level. We request only the minimum permissions needed: Calendars.Read for Microsoft and calendar.freebusy for Google.
4. How we use your data
Your data is used solely to operate the Quorify service:
- To show project hub organisers when team members are available
- To suggest meeting time slots that work for the selected group
- To send you opt-in emails when you are added to a project hub
We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone outside your project team.
5. How we store and protect your data
Your data is stored in a Neon (PostgreSQL) database hosted on Railway in the United States. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.
We retain OAuth tokens and profile data as long as you have an active account or active project memberships. Tokens associated with a project are invalidated when the project ends or when you revoke access.
6. Revoking access
You can revoke Quorify's calendar access at any time through your calendar provider:
- Microsoft: Visit account.microsoft.com/privacy/app-access and remove Quorify.
- Google: Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Quorify.
You may also email us at [email protected] and we will delete your data within 30 days.
7. Third-party services
Quorify relies on the following third-party services to operate:
- Microsoft Azure Active Directory — for Microsoft sign-in and calendar access
- Google OAuth 2.0 — for Google sign-in and calendar access
- Neon / Railway — for database and application hosting
- Resend — for sending opt-in invitation emails
Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required with each provider.
8. Children
Quorify is a business tool intended for professional use. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will notify active users by email. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
